[MAR 2010] The Bibigons Have Arrived!

It was that fateful day where Cookster, recently retired General of the Legends of Time, decided to approach Levellord, his counterpart in the Union clan based in Russia. The idea was to form an inter-continent alliance as part of the integration movement LoT was initiating. And it was under such circumstances, that Levellord agreed to join the ranks of LoT. (Cookster expressed he was 'lucky I did a good salesman speech'.)

And thus arrived what was soon to be known as the Infernal Pocket Bibigons, the Russian Elite of LoT.

Along with Levellord came some of his trusted clanmates : Taurlom the Killing Blade, Elihaar the Legal Scholar, Anniona the Stealth Spy, and Jec the Death 'I want to kill someone' Enthusiast, all friends dear to the Union Chief. They quickly set up camp in the LoT HeadQuarters and were given a portion of the vast grounds to call their own. Several more soon joined them, including Hatton, Salamander, Lomear, and Strateg (also called Aid). A consencus was quickly reached, that henceforth they would be known as the Infernal Pocket Bibigons.

Literally, the word 'infernal' means diabolic, disgusting, and from hell, but upon inspection, one can assume that it could be a description of the hellish flame burning deep in their hearts, the flame of loyalty, and the passion they possess for Mars and its future. 'Pocket' is a little harder to deciper, but after looking at a picture and some explanation, it is assumed to be the relative size of the next word (pocket meaning small here). And Elihaar, upon request, was only all too kind to explain that to me. 'Bibigon,' he begins, 'is a little guy from a fairy tale - it is like a little prince. There were bibigons on the moon, and one of them, a little guy came to the Earth to find his sister who was kidnapped by an evil wizard who looked like a goose, named Brundoolyak. It is a childrens fairy tale poem, a litle stupid, but funny.'

He also revealed that the word 'bibigon' was first used in mars by PRO, WDU bad boy. 'He wanted to outrage members of SFUnion clan, but we liked that word, so we began to call ourselves bibigons, because that guy in the poem was little but brave and courageous, and never gave up, fighting with determination till the end with the evil goose. By the way, we called PRO 'evil goose'.'

'Oh wait,' he added. 'It isnt goose - it is a turkey.' smiling as he turned to leave.

And the Bibigons have thrived so far in LoT, managing their own seperate Kill Runs (usually organised by Levellord) and managing to eliminate a big number of WDU countries. Their activity is encouraging and a pleasant influence over the LoT members, some of which (sadly) have grown rather lazy. (For instance, Digger refused to clean out Cookster's toilets even though he was on the duty roster for the week, insisting that it was 'not enough pay for such a [censored] job.') Their workrate is also phenomenal, beating Monty's feat of cleaning out his closet in 2 minutes flat.

LoTCookie wishes to take this opportunity to welcome the Infernal Pocket Bibigons to LoT once again, and hope that all of you will enjoy your stay here at the family of the Legends Of Time.

P.S. the mighty war general Cookster seems to have taken a liking to the only female member of the Bibigons, Annonia - and she to him. Possibilities explored in the next edition! Stay tuned!
